Losing weight

im not like one of those diet freaks or anythin

but I would just to lose a little weight as I feel I am getting a bit over weight.

ive always been skinny and never needed to worry

i would just like to know if anyone has any GOOD diets

without just "eating healthy"

plus

i don't have a lot of time

as I go to sixth form

and don't have enough time to be up in the morning/night before making pasta

help please :)
