After high school, it seems like all the girls are letting themselves go?

Get used to it dude! It'll get even worse after college. Not to say that there aren't attractive girls who are older, but it becomes increasingly rare, as for most women beauty peaks in their early 20s. It's not just about letting themselves go--it's also about the aging process. That and you'll never have the type of concentration of hot girls as you do on a college campus where almost EVERYONE is in their 20s. I remember when some friends and I finally made the realization that the answer to the question "where do all the attractive girls go after college?" is "a lot of them simply cease to exist!"

LOL! It's not all bad though. If you keep improving yourself you'll still be able to do pretty well with the girls you like. In college even though I was surrounded by attractive girls, it didn't make a ton of difference because I had no clue what I was doing. So I'm actually better off now!

Well in that case it may be because

1 In high school they are hot, youthful and tight, at their peek. Afterwards is when they start aging.

2 Girls like to convince each other that it's OK to be fat and that guys will still think they're hot if they are.

3. Skin damage happens over time to the girls who tan, making them look pre-maturely old.

We no longer have that peer pressure on a daily basis from other girls to be thin or the judgement from school guys to be sexy.

We get more comfortable in our own skin so no longer feel the need to conform.

Stress levels rise because now we worry about uni assignments, work, rent, making the car payments, maintaining family and friends we don't have the time to go to the salon and get pampered, we barely have time to shave our legs!

You need to understand that if you're not 'genetically thin' it is very very hard to stay thin for a woman it requires hours of exercise a day and small food portions, it's not a desirable life and is very difficult because our bodies are designed to store fat.

I lost myself dramatically after high school! and have been yo-yo-ing back and forth.

I lost weight after high school. I used to be fat in high school but I decided I didn't want to be insecure like I was back then. I still have some ways to go but I look better now than them. I actually became more confident.

But the girls that have "let themselves go" after HS just don't feel the need to conform to the pressures and judgment. You would be surprised at which girls were throwing up in the bathroom and some of them were the girls considered the most attractive. So it might seem like a lot of them let themselves go when really they are just not letting the beauty pressure get to them anymore. I don't really see the guys looking better either, a lot of guys have gotten fat too.
