Believe it or not I actually like moles. One of my favourite actors has A LOT on his face and I love it.

I have some strange moles, one between my boobs (sometimes people are like: there's dirt/something between your bewbs. 😐 I really don't care tho lol). Also got a triangle of moles on my forearm that a lot of people tend to comment on.
My favourite mole is on my cheek though, I love it.
Embrace it man, you're always gonna have some kind of hater, can't please everybody.

I have a pretty big mole/beauty mark towards the left side of my chin, its about as big as a sunflower seed (with the shell). It is a struggle for as I oftentimes feel self conscious about it. I do wish I didn't have it, but I think that it makes people see through your physical imperfections to truly see the person that you are, not just on your physical appearance. Hope this helps, because I can relate.
Based on moles alone, a person isn't ugly. There are quite a few people that are considered very attractive that have either many moles or a single/couple prominent mole (s). Not to compare you to women, but these are the only ones that come to mind right now who have moles and are still considered attractive: Gigi Hadid, Marilyn Monroe, Cindy Crawford, Mariah Carey
Whether they are ugly may not be as important as how much the occasional bad reaction bothers you. You would probably have an easier time with them removed, but people will still like you if you're a good person if you don't.
I have few moles on my cheeks too but I don't care.

Moles will naturally be ugly. But at the same time everyone has them. It someone really respects you, they would say "Ew thats ugly" because nobody can really prevent their growth. Everyone has them though. I have maybe 6-7 on my face, eyelid, i even have them on my arms and stomach. BUT JUST BECAUSE MOLES ARE UGLY DOES NOT MEAN YOU ARE!!!
love your own skin. Moles can be very attractive.
