I have a date tomorrow with my girlfriend. And a pimple appeared this morning. any ways to get rid of it?

No one is going to dump you or hate you because of a pimple. However, you will probably feel very self conscious because of it -- and that's the real thrust of your question -- not what SHE will think, but how YOU will feel. As you continue to experience relationships, remember the difference between these two things and be truthful in dealing with them. Makes a huge difference -- in communications as well as in attitude. If you feel like crap, you won't be on your game.

Now to answer your question -- lance the pimple with a pin. Hit it with hydrogen peroxide or better still, salycylic acid (that's in the anti-pimple creams -- in this case, skip benzyol-peroxide as it will dry you out and not really effect the oil too much -- salycylic acis is better for that).

Once you have cleaned it out, you can use ice wrapped in a paper towel to reduce the redness and swelling. Make sure the pimple is drained, as that irration (readness and swelling) is caused by bacterial infection under the skin.

Obviously, you can do this for every pimple you get (takes too much time), so if you have oily skin, use a soap designed t help reduce the oils, and wash frequently to get rid of blackheads.
