How can I stop myself from being jealous with my crush?

I often find myself getting jealous when my crush goes on to hangout or whatever with her best guy friend. I mean yeah everyone knows they're just friends. But I still get jealous.

I get jealous because she seems to be cautious on what she does with me in front of friends that can be interpreted as being in a relationship.

Like she used to always be flirty with me but ever since people tease us being in a relationship. she tries to avoid anything that can lead to people thinking about it. I always act like I don't understand when they do tease us.

Now I get jealous when she's super friendly with her guy friends (those kind of guy friends that nobody would ever think she would date), but shy and almost awkward at times with me! I mean we still do go on one on one dates/hangout. And talk/chat frequently. But she has problems showing any sign of affection in public. Heck we cuddled several times over at her place. Like spooning and stuffs lol

and I don't want to be jealous, as I know this is a turn off to most girls. because I confronted her why she's acting differently (stupid move I know lol). she never answered me why, but argued why am I acting like this. she definitely knows that I was jealous. and I don't want this to happen again.

Maybe she's just afraid. Sometimes girls don't really understand guys and we often think that maybe we are just a fling for you guys. Sometimes we flirt with other guys and kind of avoid the guy we like so that he sees what he is missing, cause we know he's watching, if you already told her ( I don't believe it was a stupid move) you should sit her down and tell her directly why you are jealous, that you like her and she avoids you,etc. Maybe when you told her you weren't clear enough, girls and guys when nervous talk a lot of things and don't get to the point, I really do believe you should tell here simply and objectively... I believe she likes you but she's afraid

Sounds to me like she's a flirtatious person. And since people start noticing her being flirty with you, she doesn't want to give you the wrong idea so she stopped acting that way around you.

Or maybe she likes you too and she's afraid the comments by others would scare you off or something. If you think she could like you as more than a friend then it's probably time to man up and tell her how you feel, lol

Another crush question. She is a crush and not your girlfriend. She can flirt or hang out with any guy she wants. Find out if you can have an actual relationship with her or move on.
