Find a girl you like who's dancing. Dance next to her (not on her) and make some eye contact and smile at her a little. If she seems interested in you try dancing with her and then once you start dancing together try to ease your way into some sort of grinding. If she's into it try kissing her and if she kisses back, make out. At the end of the concert ask her for her number and ask her if she wants to go to the after party with you. Then hook up with her at the after party. If at any time you see that she's not interested, stop and move on. Don't be that creep.
Look for girls that are a little wild and over the top. Smile, talk and dance with them at the in the pit. If she is into it try dancing close and putting your hands on her. If she is still into that slowly start dancing and exploring other parts of her body. Don't rush anything and pull back if she isn't feeling you.
