Do girls like straightforward guys or mysterious guys?

Here's something that's been bugging me for a while.

If I choose to be straightforward with a girl I will tell her I like her and then I would ask her for a date. But it seems the problem with this is that if a guy asks a girl on a date then she already knows he likes her and then there is no mystery. And apparently girls like guys who are a challenge.

If I choose to be mysterious with a girl I like I end up giving her mixed signals and she does not know whether I like her or not. And the problem with this is she may lose interest in me or some other guy may just come along and ask her for a date while I'm still playing games. Also, she may just think I haven't got enough balls to ask her out so I may just get friend-zoned. And girls like confident guys who go after what they want so again I'm stuck.

I just don't know what to do anymore. Girls help me out here. Would you rather be straightforward with you or would you be intrigued by a guy with some mystery?

Whatever they tell you its going to be the opposite...These girls these days, or at least most of them, don't really know what they want. If your mysterious it could only be for so long, before they realized that your interested but ummmmm not too much. Yet if you ask one of them out and tell then you like them...you already admitted that you liked them and there in control of you to the fullest. In other words you blew your cover and now there going to use that to their advantage for the good or for the bad...and well sadly its going to be for the bad. These girls these days...i tell you there not what they use to be yesterday amen!

I take offense to this. Not all girls are manipulative and take advantage of guys. It's not like we can't make up our minds and just play games. The reason girls would come across this way is because they want to be cautious and want to know if he can be trusted. Maybe you've had bad experiences, but not everyone is like that.

Ummmm...thats why I said most of them and not all of them. So if your the complete opposite of the many millions that are the same then damn I praise you ms. So you should'nt take offense to this because it does'nt relate to you at all to the fullest.

I would preferfor a guy to be straight forward with me and just tell me he likes me and see my reaction before he asked me on a date. Girls won't act any different towards you in a negative way if you tell them you like them, they may even act nicer and they may even like you back, hope this has helped..

I personally like guys who are straightforward because the whole mystery thing just annoys me because I can never be sure if he likes me or is just being friendly and it is all just confusing
