Is my co-worker flirting?

I'm horribly bad in the department of flirting unless you are rubbing my leg or something.

However, at work I've felt for awhile now that a guy is subtly flirting with me but it could be my imagination.

So I've made a mental list

- If I look up or see him he will catch my eyes and gaze until either he passes or until I look down.

- Sometimes he blushes around me (not all the time) - like if I suddenly come into his view.

- Have caught him check me out a few times and when I look he quickly looks down to the floor, I don't look back again to see if he looks back at me

- Repeats what I say sometimes. Like if I say something he'll repeat it and giggle.

- On more than one occasion he has 'teased' me (lightly) via email or in a meeting. Like if I ask a question to somebody in the group he'll immediately say some smart/joking remark.

- Has attended my meetings when he had no reason to attend and just sat on the phone listening in without saying a word.

- Heard him asking about me, like what was going on with a project I was working, etc.

- Has gotten in my personal space when there was plenty of room.

- Has 'stuck around' when I'm conversing with other guys.

- Gives me sheepish smiles (the ones that don't display the teeth).

- Looks at me from up under his brow and stares deeply (no smile)

- Sometimes say hi how are you or have a lovely weekend or whatever (small talk)

These might not seem like a big deal at all and might not be, like I said I have a hard time deciphering. I am attracted to him now, in fact I feel a slight tension between us.

if he doesn't pick up on it...get him in the elevator or somewhere private and pinch his ass discreetly

if he doesn't pick up on that just grab his damn balls and say take me to dinner lol

check your workplace policy on dating. he's a guy id doubt he'd turn you in for harassment.

Given the signals he is not just exhibiting but throwing at you, he's into you but scared to death to make the first move. There could be several reasons for this, like not wanted to get rejected or in trouble at work.

Talk to him - it's the only way.

Yes, those are all the signs...he's looking to you for a response to see if you are interested too...he wants to be sure you are also liking him...maybe setup a group lunch with other coworkers, including him, to go out and eat...moments may arise, say sitting next to each other, etc.

Yeah, he's into you. But there may be circumstances in either of your lives that is keeping him from acting on his feelings. At least this is how I act around my coworker that I like.

Possibly, but I am assuming you are both available mentally and physically. In my situation, my lady is seeing someone even though she flirts madly with me and can't seem to keep her hands to herself. I don't want to break her current relationship up, because that's not the kind of guy I am. But if she were single, that would be another story. Maybe this guy has had his heart broken a lot and doesn't want to take the leap once more only to find another pitfall.

that's funny. if you didn't like him, then you would probably be talking to the police about "some creepy guy that's stalking you!" do a background check first! and that slight tension may be "sexual." don't do it on the copy machine, though (unless you want to photocopy something- sounds fun).
