I know it usually depends on the girl but I'll give two examples:
1. You are nice to the guy, laugh at his jokes and you seem relaxed and start conversations easily. There may be some light teasing, high fives, compliments and you just seem very well at ease with him. You constantly smile and are not shy to show it.
2. You are not "nice" to the guy. You are friendly, but you 2 constantly engage in playful teasing and name calling. You seldom start conversations with him but when he does, you'll talk to him. No compliments, mostly playful putdowns. While you don't seem to mind if he touches you, you will never touch him on your own. You seem jumpy when he is around you, you seem to smile a lot when he talks to you but you are always trying to hide it or tell him to go away.
I need an opinion. I'm on the second option with this girl. She will talk to guys (or pretty much anybody for that matter) with option number one and seems that I'm the only one in the second option. She keeps telling me I'm annoying, a lot, but when I don't even talk to her, she says that me being there is enough. If for some reason I take it "seriously", she tells me I should know by know that this is how our dynamic works, but she doesn't have this dynamic with anybody else. What can I assume from this?
