Generally, physical contact from a woman is a good sign. The best sign is when a woman playfully hits you, that is a sure sign of flirting. I did that all the time when me and my boyfriend were first hanging out and talking. Most of the time I didn't mean to do it, it was just natural. But then again, just because a woman touches your arm doesn;t mean she is totally into you. Some people just like to touch other people while talking. If the touching is coupled with other things then it is more than likely a sign of interest. But be careful because a simple touch doesn't always mean interest. In your case since there were other signs, I would say she was interested.
