Yes it is sincere. In my case, I only compliment guys if they are attractive in my eyes which I have only done once. It doesn't mean she likes you in that manner per say bc it's harder for girls no matter how confident to compliment the guy they are crushing big time on.

It depends on the girl. Is she the type to compliment anyone and everything? Im not saying she doesn't mean it all the time. But if you find that she doesn't compliment others a lot. It means that she is sincere. I guess.

truthfully, no. depends on the context. iv heard some pretty shallow things come out of women's mouths. i always aim to be genuine in my compliments, because i wouldn't like to have someone lie to me.

Yeah haha its girl code to compliment your friends even if they dont necessarily look that great. as sad as it sounds girls are less honest about complimenting because they dont want to hurt the other girls feelings. But yes if a girl is complimenting you either she is being friendly or trying to hint she's attracted to you
