Why are women so impatient?

I've witnessed many outstanding men get misread and written off. Many of which are incredibly intelligent and in their own head so much that it takes a bit longer for the real them to come out. Women never seem to want to give them a chance and just label them as "weird" and move on taking a meathead who won't go anywhere because he shows her off to his friends and calls her sexy all the time.
I'm not bitter just confused to why women won't give those misunderstood and complicated men a chance.

I'm not attacking women as a whole, I'm just looking to get some insight on some observations that make no sense.

I've got an observation of my own that makes no sense.

And that's observing you sitting here wondering why women aren't waiting around for these guys to get their shit together instead of wondering why these "incredibly intelligent" men can't get manage to out of their own heads long enough to not bore women away.

because women naturally dont give a damn about guys in the first place, and they reject guys that way, take the hint. most guys never learn to just leave girls alone and wait for her to come to you.

Generally I think if there is a spark, that it will be apparent pretty early on. You know how you can meet some people and be chatting with them like old friends within minutes?

Rather than focusing on what you think women are doing wrong, perhaps you should look at what the "meatheads" are doing right.
