All of a sudden my bf calls me every night and talks for two hours?

Dont get me wrong Im not complaining, I love it but wondering what changed that made him want to start calling every night and talking so long.
Weve been dating a year and things couldnt be better. He has always been good with texting/calling, up until about 2 weeks ago he would call/text about 3=4 times a week.
Now its every night.
So why the sudden change?

Option 1:
Perhaps it's to do with insecurities, just maybe he's very passionate about you and just wants to prove some how that he loves you and doesn't want to lose you.

Option 2:
Maybe he loves the sound of your voice and like's conversing with you and hearing about all the things you've done in the day/week.

Option 3:
He maybe on drugs and ring you when high! ;)

But I would say he might either be feeling lonely or just want to talk to you more. Its hard to tell exactly why the change so you should ask him sometime why does he call you more but reinforce that you don't dislike that change.

It started when I went away to New Orleans for a week, he started calling me every night then But I thought the same he had just missed me but he continues to do so now that im back. No biggie thanks for your answer!

It's nice with some change once in a while. So obviously this probably won't go on forever. He probably just thought that he might as well change things up a bit. It's also a way of telling you that he really enjoys talking to you. :)

Maybe it was time for change, he probably wants to talk to you more.
