What does it mean when someone glares at you?

I turn around and i see him glaring at me. I waved at him from distance since i kinda know him but instead of waving back, he kept giving me the evil stare. Note that i know this guy and always feel like he hates me for no reason. He even once said it himself but i took it as a joke. Is this normal? Hate someone for no reason and glare at them when they wave at you?

I wouldn't take any notice of it, some people just hate you for no reason at all even when they don't even know you... people gossip way too much so someone could of said something to him or i don't know... sometimes some people just get under your skin for some reason, did he ever come up to you at some point and try to initiate a conversation with you?

No. I never did anything wrong to this guy. I have noticed that he is kinda fickle towards me. Sometimes he acts normal and nice and sometimes he acts like he really hates me. I am sure that he really does hate me for no reason.

Maybe he likes you but because you aren't showing the same interest back he gets realy butt hurt whenever he see's you lol you said he was really fickle so maybe he just gets butt hurt easily over a lot of things, but if he does like you glaring at you like that isn't nice.

I glare at people accidentally all the time because I don't realize I'm doing it until they say "What? What did I do?" and then I get all embarrassed and apologize.
