My ex ended our relationship 6 weeks ago due to all the stress he was under and I believe didn't want to be a burden on both himself and myself. He was and still does show signs of depression.
Since he ended our relationship he started contacting me just to say hi, from there is was more about his day etc.
Now it appears every time something really bad happens such as a death etc he contacts me and will tell me how he is feeling and about the stress in his life.
I am aware he is still physically attracted to me as he has said so.
I do want to get back together but don't know where I stand but that is because my ex doesn't know where he stands in his own life.
My question is why is my ex still opening up to me?
