This boy and me were talking and he asked if I liked anyone in particular, I panicked and said not really. Then he tried to make me guess who he liked. He said they're name starts with an L I said I couldn't thunk of anyone who's name started with an L other than me. He just said yes and then we both had to walk into class. What do I do now? I like him too, how do I tell him, and avoid him ghosting me, or what? Please help
Aw girl sounds like he might be shy but totally into you too! Don't stress, just be your cute self.
Next time you see him, give him a big smile. Then when you get a minute, say something cute like "So... you were trying to tell me something before class? I'm not usually this slow but it took me a min to realize you meant L for Laura!" Say it playful though.
If he seems nervous, reassure him with a little touch on the arm. When he admits he likes ya, act all shy and happy too. Then ask if he wants to sit with you at lunch!
Boys love it when you make the first move sometimes. Showing you're interested but not pressuring him will help him relax. As long as you're both smiling, I'm sure it'll go great!

If you like this boy, then you have to make up your mind and decide whether you want to take a chance and tell him that you like him too.
Don't be too direct though. Let him make take the lead on this one. But if you see that he is not taking the initiative, then you have to speak up because if you don't do anything soon, he will ghost you because you gave him the information that you did not like anyone. Thus, he may think that you are not interested in him and you will miss the opportunity.
Don't wait more than 48 hours. You could simply tell him that you were taken aback and by surprise by his question and that you instinctively said no to test his reaction.
You have to jump over your shadow but please remember that your education has priority over liking a boy. Those feelings may take a toll on your concentration for school. Good luck.
