He rejected me by not returning my feelings and has blocked me before in the past. Today I saw him online which proves that he still has my number after rejecting me.

He kept your number in case he gets desperate enough because he thinks you are desperate too, which seems to me like he is right... Forget about this guy for good, block him and stop thinking about him or he will play games with you. If he ever came back to you, he would dump you in a second as soon as someone "better" would show up.

Giving me another chance, he was the one that rejected me. He has blocked me from his phone before and when he removed the block he said it was cause "he missed me'' now he rejected me but still has my number I dont understand this behaviour?

sorry I dont want to bother you, the last time we spoke I said that I dont like all the uncertainty we have and its best to just leave it, and I wished him well. he never replied so by default he rejected me and hasn't deleted my number its been 2.5 months. what does this mean. Thanks for advance help!
