When a guy walks past you and he just stares at you with this straight face, like he doesn't give any sort of emotion. We know each other and we kind of have this 'hate-love' thing going on so I just smile and shake my head at him when I walk past him but he usually just looks straight at my eyes and walks past me. He does smile after I smile at him but it's more like a laugh/chuckle. What does this mean?
[Also, I think he has staring issues or is always zoned out or something. I catch him looking at me a lot and he shows lots of signs of interest but he's told my friends that he doesn't like me. What's up with him?]
