Why would a girl say she's a boring person?

Why would a girl say she's a boring person? I'd consider this a rare random statement for someone to hear. It just makes me wonder why a girl would put herself down by saying something like that. I honestly wouldn't care if the girl is boring or not otherwise I most likely wouldn't be hanging out with them.

Wondering if any guy has ever heard a girl say that or if your a girl that has said that to a guy before, then why? lol

ugh I would never say that... she probably told you so you can get away from her or find someone who is more interesting than her she probably feels uncomfortable around you and is warning you that if your trying to get with her she is the boring type.

I respect your thought, but this isn't the case for me. We've been friends for a few months so far. She's the one who would meet me up on Campus on her own free will practically everyday. Also she gives me eye contact all of the time. =]

some girls just think they are even though they aren't. I used to say that because I was embarassed of my hobbies and felt that no one would ever like me.

Yea ill say that sometimes, but not drive guys away like 12elizabeth said...Its more like I'm embarrassed about myslef. Like thiers nothing really great about me so don't have high expectations towards me, because you might be disappointed. Totally me.

maybe somethings wrong with her she's probably putting herself down because she needs you to accommodate and make her happy so give her a boost :)
