I think my neighbor likes me

A new guy just moved into my building. the first time I noticed him, we made eye contact. He later asked me where the closet tmobile store was so I told him. After that I didn't see him for over a week. When I saw him today, we came up on the elevator together and he thanked me again for the directions. He then asked for my name and we introduce ourselves. He then was asking these weird questions like if I stay up late or if I'm a cranky person a lot of questions I guess to keep talking lol..he told me that he would like to come over tomorrow. He is attractive, seems nice, and I would like to get to know him better however I don't know what his intentions are. I rarely have company over so I'm kinda nervous. am I over thinking this? should I invite him over?

I don't think I'll be much help, but wanted to throw a similar question in there. I'm a 43 year old single mom. I have lived in my home/neighborhood since 2003, when I was pregnant & about to marry my baby daddy. I have since divorced. My next door neighbors have always been so helpful to us, but recently one of the sons (about 12 years younger than me) has been extra helpful, watches my son when I'm at work, shovels my driveway in winter, mows the lawn in summer, loads up the firewood, does my dishes, makes my son's school lunch & English muffin for me to take to work in the mornings, starts my car, etc. He helps all year round with out me asking. Recently we have been hanging out as friends, but I think it may be that he has feelings for me. I've been single for a long time now, we talk about everything, but I think it would make things weird if a move was made. Any advice?

I should ad that my son adores him, but more as a "big brother" & he was raised in a pretty religious household, so maybe he's just being a good neighbor. Though he seems to go out of his way to hang out here longer, or do nice things for me. If I let him, he'd wait on me had & foot, but I don't, because I don't want to take too much advantage of his kindness.

Umm I'd say you guys should go to Starbucks or somewhere else and talk first before he comes over.

Bad idea getting involved with someone who lives right next to you. If it doesn't work out, you spend the rest of your lease having to duck the guy.
