Why do guys take off their shirts in front of me?

Throughout high school years, hot guys as well as not so hot guys always take their shirts off infront of me. I dont know why, but its unnecessary because one time we were in the snow, another time in class, and other time with a friend (girl) and a guy friend.

Jeeeez, only guys with rock hard abs should take their shirts off. I only take my shirt off when I work out so I glisten in the sunlight and no tan lines. The reason guys do it is because it makes girls gawk and stare, especially if you are in perfect shape. I have a big ego and am very narcissistic. I do it so girls be jealous of how their boyfriend is not like me. Other guys do it to show dominance.
