Rarely so I guess I'm going to say no but I'm open to the idea of doing it, I just haven't incorporated it into my workout or thought when it is a good time to actually use it in my workout. I already have a lot in my routine that I really can't put in another workout in most of the times lol. I spend 3 hours at the gym on a daily basis. And that's all weight lifting.
If its a way to work up a swell, you KNOW the kid is on it! Don't do them all the time, but its an exercise I work into the rotation. I'm all about frequently switching exercises.

Yes. We do box jumps or we do skip steps or step ups. They are a bitch everytime lol

I already do multiple leg exercises and most certainly do not need a bigger bum.
I high jump so i have to do those as part of my workout every other day.
I dont do step ups, but I do other exercises instead.
I don't love step ups. But they work good. I avoid them at all costs.
