Anything is possible. First start off with removing any kind of bad drinks in your life like soda, and replace it with water! Water, water, and more water is so so healthy for you because it cleans out your body and flushes all of the bad toxins out. When you go out to eat or go through the drive through or something, order water, not soda or lemonade. Next, eat lots and lots of fruits and veggies like berries, bananas, apples, oranges, broccoli, celery, green beans, and many more. As a snack, have some celery sticks with a little bit of peanut butter for some flavor, or get some carrot sticks and humus, it's really delicious. As for exercise, start off with fast speed walking outside, or riding your bike, these are more for cardio to help burn some of your fat. I know a lot more exercises, it is just kind of hard to explain on here, haha, sorry, but just go online and type in 'different exercises to help burn fat,' and huge lists will pop up. There are certain exercises that are for either burning fat, or building muscle. I hope I helped, good luck, and remember, it may be hard in the beginning, but never give up!

Start working out. Look for work outs online and stick to them. Two months should be good to lose 15 lb if you really stick to a healthy diet and good workouts.
cardio is the way to go really. Right now you just NEED to eat healthy and get daily exercise in. I would recommend getting a gym membership and getting a workout buddy.
When you drop some weight you can now go into muscle building and gaining. You can just goto the gym and work out what you wanna work out. I would not recommend to try muscle gaining at this moment. I would work on cardio, high calorie burning workouts, and eating healthy to slim you down fast. And try not to take in any sugar whatsoever. Or at least limit yourself on them.
Cut out junk food and pop. Be strict with what you eat, and you'll see good results. You'd be surprised at how many people complain that they're not losing weight fast enough when they eat so much shit everyday. Stay consistent with your diet and do cardio. Add some light lifting as well as building muscle strength is good as well (please don't feel intimidated by the gym.. we all start somewhere).

well aren't you a chunky monkey lol the only way to change your weight is to change your life style. I've lost 80 pds and am still losing. your sister doesn't sound so bad being as tall as she is. she could probably stand to lose 20 pds. you should probably be 40 pds lighter. lose it now while your young, and keep it in check
Eat fewer calories than you consume. Track them with a calorie tracking app like fooducate. Exercise more. Get cardio and weights. There are apps and plenty of resources online.
