I decided one day I hated myself and went on a diet. I lost 65 lbs in 30 days. I ate 1 banana, 1 slice of diet cheese, and 33 1/3 Goldfish crackers. 300 calories. At first I jogged 2 miles a day. After a week I was too tired to do that.
My hair fell out, I couldn’t stay awake even at work, my nails became brittle and peeled in layers. I was talked into eating a little more after a month by friends and husband. Didn’t want to so I started throwing up after meals.
Bulemia caused problems with my teeth and eroded my eosophagus.
I also has a miscarriage at 3 months. Doc thinks due to poor health.
10 years later my metabolism is still slow - my body trying to conserve every calorie, in starvation mode. Still haven’t been able to quit the bulemia completely either.
Spread the weight loss out at least a little bit longer. And even if you can’t go to a gym, go jogging, or hiking, or find some tall stairway and climb up and down. Great for the butt.
1 and a half month and 43 lbs? That's not really going to happen. I think if you went 2-3 lbs per week it would be healthier and more realistic. Start by eating healthy and exercising (it doesn't have to be the gym, it can be hiking, running or playing sports).
You will not look like her, because he body is unrealistic (plastic surgery, photo shopping).

143lbs is not big. My girlfriend is 5'4 and weighs around the same as you. Granted she often says she is too big but from a male opinion Girls are Nuts, when it comes to weight. DO not try to lose 43 pounds, that will just hurt your body and will also be really difficult to do. If you can't hit a gym (I hate going to them anyways) get together with a friend or two and run or play frisbee. As long as you are active you will be in good shape.

Just eat healthy and exercise a bit. Don't just go off of exercising, since you can eat just junk food and exercise a lot and still be unhealthy. Also 43 lbs is unrealistic. Maybe 10 pounds at most.

thats a lot of weight to lose in a month. who says you have to go to a gym to work out? you can go for walks running crunches all that stuff at home eat healthy I hear colon cleansers help... as far as make up, watch you tube tutorials about eye make up, for some reason it modivates me to do my make up and fresh new make up makes me want to, too! good luck and stay positive, you can lose weight and feel great again God bless
I think you are dreaming if you think you can lose that weight in a month and a half maybe if you were like 400 pounds but your not. Do it the healthy way losing 2 pounds a week is good.
Your body won't look like that without airbrushing and plastic surgery.
