For instance, eating proteins during breakfast or carbs during supper, which hare both very bad for energy levels. Also, women often have iron deficiencies because it gets drained during their period. In the latter case, quality multivitamins can be very helpful, as much as eating spinaches, which contain iron and chlorophyll.
