What's wrong with my sleeping schedule?

I often feel tired, where I'm lethargic and can't find the energy to do much, but lately I've been even more so. I go to bed at around 10 or 11 and am asleep shortly thereafter. I wake up at 6, and go to practice. I come home and take a shower, eat breakfast, and then find myself struggling to keep my eyes open. I tell myself I'm only going to rest them for like 30 minutes but end up being unable to wake up and get out of bed so I sleep for 2, 2 1/2 hours. Then I wake up, and still feel tired. Whats wrong with me and how do I fix this?

By the way, I don't think it's my bedtime. I went to sleep at 8pm one night and the same thing happened the next day.
