Okay so depression can be really really hard to deal with on your own. It can be soo hard to open up to someone, so they don't judge, but without someone hearing your thoughts and clarifying them to help you it can be very difficult. But from having heaps of shit, i know wayyy to much, message me for more but here's a few tips:
-Find a place thats your own; a happy place, your room, beach, park, even just playing an instrument, sport
-Try to avoid negaitve people, those types of thoughts leak through to u, trust me
-Excercise, the stuff in anti-depressants that work to change ur brain's neuron connections, can be copied through excercise
-Smile, this seems shit, but its basically a form of pyshcology which u at first don;t believe in it ur forcing it, but once u keep doing it, it becomes more routine and u will find that it triggers more of a beeter feeling than deprresoin

As a person that has been through it. 1st you have to really want to get better and even then it is not an easy path. Hang in there. I would advise you to find someone to talk 1st before using medication as a resource (medication only treats the symptoms and not the underlying cause for them). You should convince your mother to let you see a therapeust (psychologist). Also keep in mind that to really solve your problems you will have to dig feep into yourself which might not allways be easy. And I don't know ur specific situation, but in my case my parents didn't understand my change in behaviour (like my lack of will to do anything, feeling apathetic, insecure, undecided, and with no will whatsoever to study) and that really did hurt me (they did say some hurtful things to me). But know you are not to blame here. It happened to you. Now what can you do to get out of it? Stay strong :)
My mom says hurtful stuff to me quiet often. I think that's why my depression is getting worse
I used to be a counselor, you can share with me your worries and I will try to help you out. I will get back to you as soon as I can as I am from Singapore and my night is your day, and your day is my night. Lol.
you can get professional help. talk to your family and ask them to help you out with finding help.
