Thoughts on raw til 4 & high carb, low fat raw vegan diet? Anyone on it? Experiences with it?

I am struggling to lose the last 20 lbs of fat I want to lose. I do not want to go on a fad diet or anything but I have hearing a lot of buzz about this "raw til 4 & high carb low fat raw vegan diet"..

Is anyone on this diet? What is your experience with it and how has it impacted your health and weight?

If not, what are your thoughts on this diet? Do you think itll actually help me?

I workout 4-5 times a week. 30-50 mins of cardio each workout followed by 1-1 1/2 hrs of heavy lifting, and HIIT one to two times a week... I am concerned this diet won't give me the energy I need.. but just wondering!
