Have you used baking soda for acne scars?

If so, did it work? How did you use it and how long did you? I want to start using it really soon so I need some opinions

Baking soda works by bleaching the scar tissue with a weak caustic reaction... in theory it should work but how good is it for your skin... I can't really tell.
Back in my teens I just used one of those salicylic acid wash and wait for them to fade, you aren't in a hurry are ya?

Well I just he nothing else yo use and I've tried a lot of things so far and all they did was make my acne worse which cause me to make more scars :(

Lol I know that man. I've had these scars for like five years now though and I'm tired of looking at them. Like I don't care about what other people think, I'm just doing it for myself

Yes I use it and it works. I mix baking soda with my face cleanser and leave it one for a few minutes then rinse with cold water. I use it when I go in for a shower, then wash just with face cleanser after.

You can try it, but sodium bicarbonate tends to dry out the skin after a while. Some salts seem to have a drying effect while others act as exfoliants. It just may work.
