Yes you should call your doctor if have sudden severe eye pain or loss of vision and always notify your doctor if you are concerned about any of the symptoms you are experiencing.

I went through three years with my mother in chemo. She never had that problem but every person reacts differently to it. Talk to your doctor.

It depends on the type of chemo your are on. Some of chemo could cause this, it isn't rare side effect, talk to your doctor.
