I really like this. Of course there are a lot of different big meals to eat, this is just an example of the size.
People can't let go of myths on metabolism. They can't just have been deceived, for them it has to be true or else they're an idiot (which ironically the opposite is the case).
Personally, I like having one huge meal. Just slowly build up my hunger eating cheese sticks, yogurt, almonds and healthy snacks throughout the day until my appetite gets really big at the end of the day, where I enjoy a big pot roast cooked with cream of mushroom soup w/ potatoes, carrots and a bunch of rolls on the side to dip in my gravy.
I've cut calories when I've gone a bit overboard and gotten fat, but I don't try to starve myself down to 5% bodyfat. Cutting is for girly-men. I love food, especially bacon.

Balls on tren are like a car in a garage. Other guys will bust their car (balls) around and in the end they will work crappy. But tren guys have their car (balls) in a garage, they just need fuel (other drugs) to go out and drive like with a new one.

Are you serious? That's a lot of food. I mean the potatoes alone have a good 750 calories. The plain chicken breast almost 900 and that's not including the sauce. Vegetables probably not too much but a few hundred calories for sure. I'd be done for the day.
A lot of people underestimate how many calories food actually has, so it's good to get some perspective by watching other people. Most likley they eat normal portions

Of course we can, I've never even heard anyone say otherwise. Different chemicals in different doses do different harms to our bodies. As for meat in most cases you will "just" grow resistant to certain antibiotics but in the U. S. we put a lot of chemicals into our meat that is illegal elsewhere because it is not considered safe
US is a different thing. It's so degenerate it's beyond words, and not just related to food but almost everything.
Hey, if you like it and it works, go for it. I can't eat that much in one go, and even if I could I don't like being super full. I feel more lethargic, and I have to wait forever until I can run/swim/bike, which I do a lot of in addition to weight lifting.

what might be girly to you makes sense to me. how often would you come across so and so lbs of food in the wild? if anything wed be scavenging for berries and roots to eat, maybe a carcass if you're lucky. but probably for 1000s of years humans have been starving and surviving off little food. watch survival shows, those guys eat anything, bugs are abundant. be lucky probably to get 1000 calories a day
body builders eat 6-8 meals a day but they are a bit smaller. your body won't be able to absorb all that protein in 1 shot. body can maybe absorb 25 grams of protein per meal
They ate a little and then ate huge meals when they found/hunted something big. Feast and famine, it's been know for decades in anthropological and history circles.

I personally get that overly full feeling if I eat too much at once. I'm thin as it is but I eat a good amount per day and am working on gaining weight. But if I eat too much, I just want to sleep after. So if I don't overdo my eating and spread it out, I feel much better throughout the day.
Honestly, some people do that 6 small meals and others will even do 2-3 big meals. I feel it is personal preference.

When you're looking out for your body, specially if you're into fitness, you need to watch what you eat: the proper amount of protein and fat (and not just any fat) is a delicate balance, but it doesn't end there. Size does matter when you eat. A big meal means a lot of energy, and when you're into fitness you decide when you need that energy surge and when you don't.
It is about small portions and increased meals to build a faster metabolism.

That's a lot of food... how do you eat all of that in one sitting? I just eat what I need for the most part. The food that I enjoy to eat a lot of isn't usually bought in this house hold. So girlish portions are fine with me lol

No I'm actually pretty healthy. It's very rare for me to get sick. I'm not very active any more because of my age. When I was younger and doing heavy construction work my food intake increased a lot, but I still didn't eat nearly as much as you listed. I even have a fairly high metabolism. I'm not very big but I always had a lot of muscle mass and was athletic and very strong for my size.
What you listed is a huge amount of food for a single meal. Are you a pretty good size guy and highly active? It's possible you just aren't being efficient at digesting and utilizing the nutrition in your food. That can make a big difference.
Probably you weren't any of those things. Because even for a smaller guy TDEE would be over 3000 kcal if he was working heavy construction work.
Also, what is strong in your opinion? Strong is someone who bechpresses 300lbs for reps, no matter what size he is.

Fitness absorbed people are that way to ensure fitness. The less you eat, generally your weight will stay the same. It doesn't matter what you eat though. It matters how MUCH you eat.
That's a lot of calories.
