There are four keys elements to control belly fat: exercise, diet, sleep, and stress management.
so you need to work on diet, sleep and stress management. Stress is a major influence on fat storage. It seems like you don't get enough rest and don't eat well enough for the exercise to have any influence.
For belly fat it's important to work on:
- posture: Poor posture is a huge issue for many people. If people slouch, their stomachs pooch.
- exercise: think whole body exercise. Only focussing on abs will not result in a flat stomach. When you work out any exercise will automatiscally help you with achieving belly fat loss. So don't train the body in isolation. It's a huge misconception that this is how you achieve a flat stomach. Do slow high quality exercises.
- food:
* try to eat small meals every 4 to 4 hours
* eat more protein, from healthy sources so no red meats. 25%-30% of the calories in each gram of protein are burned in digestion, compared to only 6%-8% when eating carbs.
* cut back on carbs, especially low GI carbs
* fill up on high fiber foods
* avoid foods with high fructose corn syrup
-stress:
* sleep and rest are very important for maintaining a healthy body weight. People who sleep to0 little actually have a bigger chance of gaining weight.

- Eat every 3-4 hours. You need to speed up your metabolism as you will burn fat faster. From what I read, you need to eat way more.
- Try and stick to a caveman diet, aka make your meals consist of fruit, vegetables, meat and dairy.
- Make sure you are intaking protein, whether that be from red meat, tofu, greek yoghurt, protein shakes etc.
- Avoid processed foods.
- Healthy fats are essential aka avocado, olive oil etc.
- Try and aim for 80% healthy, otherwise you may get angry and unable to cope.
- Have one cheat meal a week
- Drink lots of tea and water
- Eat when you're hungry, do not starve yourself. You need to eat.
- Stick to the rule of "nourish not punish." You want to feed your body with food that will nourish it.
