Any weight loss tips?

I'm 194 pounds (I've lost 7 pounds so far) and I'm 5'6. The weight is spread evenly, so I don't look like I weigh that much. But that isn't the concern. Health is. I want to weigh between 140-150 for my first goal. Any suggestions or tips on how to get there? I exercise at least 5 times a week now (3.5-7 miles on a bike a day - it depends on how much time I have). I eat between 1300-1500 calories a day.

Oh an definitely include what inspires you to keep losing weight! I need some inspiration for sure!
