When my mother had me in her womb, she said she woke up one night, and she knew Satan was in the room with her. The room was very cold, even though it was a hot day.

When people see apparitions they oftentimes say the room feels "cold".
Personally, I believe in demons, in God, and the devil.
I also have struggled with crippling depression in the past, among other things.
I have come to realize that through generational curses, sin in my own life, and open doors of sin, these demonic forces come in to wreak havoc in our lives.
This is a video of what I believe.

feelings and emotions such as depression, sadness, stress, etc do influence your body temperature.
It sounds that with your Depression, you may be having some stress with Anxiety, sweetie. This coul dbe a problem that Needs Quick attending to.
Call a physician and make an appointment to go in for a check up. Tell him what you are feeling and facing and he or she will be able to conduct further business from there.
Anxiety and depression run in my own family. Although I do not have it, I know very well what they go through. They are on medicine to try and deal with this. Anxiety usually goes hand in hand.
Good luck. xx
Stress can affect you physically as well as mentally. When I'm stressed I start to loose my voice and get symptoms like I'm getting a cold. Stress can make you tired, which can in turn make you cold because you aren't moving around properly. Loss of appetite and acid indigestion can both be side effects of stress and of you aren't eating then your body won't be making energy to keep you warm.

probably from inactivity. your body warms up as the blood circulates but if you're just sedentary then your body temperature will drop.
what @BertMacklinFBI said. Look into the energetics of the human body. I'll bet your back also hurts and you get quite a few other symptoms. Alas, I'm intimately familiar with them. Remember that emotions are the body's way of communicating awry/destructive thought patterns. You need to get active and find some reason for being, deal with this depression head on. Your body also likes having rhythms. What that means, unfortunately for you, is that at a set time during the day, if you're used to sleeping at unhelpful times due to depression, you'll find yourself getting very drowsy at that time going forward. So you'll need to have that awareness and consciousness of it, or you're likely to slip back into old patterns (because it's immediately easy, but bad for you in the long term).
Get your thyroid checked. Low thyroid function is known to cause depression and one of the main symptoms is feeling cold. Try taking kelp (a natural thyroid supplement). Google "hypothyroid symptoms".
Someone else mentioned cortisol. That and the adrenal glands have a close relationship with the thyroid. PM me if you want any more info. While there is also probably a physical aspect (not moving a lot, etc.), the fact that you are depressed causes less of your body's 'positive drug' to be released, and your body's reward system doesn't work as strongly, which could very easily lead to you feeling colder.
Not so sure.. when im stressed for at least an hour i go from cold/warm to warm/hot and sometimes even further.
The reason why you want to sleep is because stress takes up a lot of energy from your body physical and mentally.
Thats why you are cold.Yes feeling cold when your sad/ depressed is common this has happened to me
still does cause i battle mental health illnesses, it's cause your nerves is so bad
that's what's doing it to you this past Summer i had some very sad days and
i would be outside sitting on the porch with the chills so yes there is some type
of connection. The medical reason behind this is likely due to the fact that when a person becomes depressed their heart rate drops, the body naturally generates some of its own heat due the blood flowing through the blood vessels.
https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=GD6qtc2_AQAPhysical activity releases endorphins, the feel good protein. As best you can try to add some physical workouts a few times a week. It might help you feel better and maybe keep you from feeling cold all the time.
Your mind wants all your time, so it is fooling you. Since your brain is overworked, bodily discomfort goes into the background. Sleep is the best way to calm the mind down.
I think that puts a strain on your heart and when there is lack of oxygen you tend to feel cold especially in the fingertips and toes.
One explanation is Primary Raynaud's Phenomenom. See your primary care physician if it persists.
I feel really cold when I'm too tired, even if outside is summer
extreme stress like that impacts your body physically as well as mentally.
I think you should defiantly see a doctor about it.
You might want to have your thyroid checked out. Hypothyroidism can cause depression and extreme sensitivity to cold. Even if it's hot outside...
You're probably one of "The Cold Ones". Go and read the Paranormalcy series by Kiersten White to find out what you truly are.
Cortisol. Message me if you want to know more, I know tons of stuff about stress, thyroid, and metabolism. And I like talking about it.
Take a hot shower :) But ya, happy makes you feel good all over ;)
