well when you cut your diet most people tend to lose fat off their face first. maybe try having 1 extra cheat meal a day and workout a little harder to still burn the fat but maybe it won't come off your face first since you're still eating somewhat bad. I notice gains of fat in the face mainly from ingesting bad foods.

I do have a cheat meal per week it doesn't make sense in this case though on the other hand I totally agree about eating bad food for it it's so true... just happened to me 4 days ago..

bodybuilding supplements? I don't know i don't take any. i only mash on protein. you just gotta eat your cheat meals that are a little higher in sodiums and more carbs. that should maintain your face but if you don't work off the extra then it'll go to other parts of your body. i don't think there is a supplement to keep fat on the face, the body likes to choose where to take from its fat storages.

Just how it is, i show weight gain/loss in my face a lot. Staying lean looks better then when i first drop, i think, skin reacts a little, plus people get used to your more chisselled look.

I look very very sick without cheeks and girls tend to like me cheeky like today I had that girl staring the whole lecture, have not been having this feeling since a year👶fit body and full cheeks 😆hope I can maintain them

If you loose weight, you loose it from all over your body, not specific areas. The fact that your cheeks look hollow might mean that you have lost too much weight.

I lost too much but still wanna lose I stopped dieting and going to gym for four days because I was ill and amazingly my face became plump again and looked natural by eating sugar and bread

I think you shouldn't exert yourself by a strict diet and going to the gym every day.. Of course, you should eat healthy and exercise often, but not to overdo it.

It's nothing special I exercise 5 days a week (I use elliot hulse's tips) and I cut 200calories of the total that's it lol we can share things here bro
