So on average you sleep about 6 hours. That's like me. Both of us have bad sleeping habits. Your schedule is worst than mine. The only problem with mine is when I sleep, which is early to mid morning and in the evening. Not at night.

Humans are not supposed to sleep in a full 8 hour unconscious state. Look it up. We are supposed to sleep in two blocks, with a small waking period between the two sleeps. That is actually the correct way to sleep.
