My cousin eats it all the time than complains about not feeling good
i stopped eating it long time ago it's loaded with sugar , artificial perspectives
it will make your blood sugars shoot through the sky i wouldn't advise eating
it every day or in large amounts if you eat it all the time, it depends if your a
person who has a fast burning metabolism too.

That hole in the front of your face? Keep it shut when ice-cream is around, I guarantee you if you follow that rule you will consume far less ice cream.
Don't buy it, if it's in your house then you would be tempted to eat it. Cut it out, gradually, like once a week, have it as your treat meal.

if you are not overweight and have an otherwise healthy diet, there is no problem with ice cream. if this is the case, take a moment to look as the ice for a minute before you eat and think about what it will do to you. usually you will lose your appetite.
Every once in a while, it's fine. It's not like you eat a double scoop and keel over. If you're otherwise healthy and eat a good diet, it won't bother you.
Just think of the unhealthy chemicals in it and how your body changes once you ate it. Think of the consequence and substitute them with fruits or yogurt which taste equally good. WORKS WONDERS !!!
Replace ice cream with yogurt. Similar to ice cream only less fattening and possibly healthier depending on the kind.
Everything you need is decision and I can not give it to you.
