How can I stop eating ice cream?

I don't eat it as much, but I still don't want to eat it because it's fatty and cans tick to my arteries, putting me at risk for a heart attack or stroke later on.

My cousin eats it all the time than complains about not feeling good
i stopped eating it long time ago it's loaded with sugar , artificial perspectives
it will make your blood sugars shoot through the sky i wouldn't advise eating
it every day or in large amounts if you eat it all the time, it depends if your a
person who has a fast burning metabolism too.

That hole in the front of your face? Keep it shut when ice-cream is around, I guarantee you if you follow that rule you will consume far less ice cream.

If it's any conciliation I can't eat ice cream, it sucks, but if I can show self control then anyone can! Why such the concern, have you been eating it by the gallon?

No, I only eat three scoops, but still.

How often? Three scops a year is nothing, three scoops an hour is a lot! Everything is fine in moderation.

Well, three scoops is hardly going to make a difference then! Go into the kitchen, put the microwave on a ten minute timer and do star jumps until it pings. Do that once a day and you'll counter act the ice cream and feel better about yourself.

Or do some real vigorous housework, floor scrubbing, mop-dancing, window cleaning... running up and down the stairs with washing, just anything to get your heart rate up. It also increases dopamine which is the pleasure chemical - it will make you happy and feel better!

Good!! I can definitely do that. It's also saves time from having to go to a gym.

Don't buy it, if it's in your house then you would be tempted to eat it. Cut it out, gradually, like once a week, have it as your treat meal.

if you are not overweight and have an otherwise healthy diet, there is no problem with ice cream. if this is the case, take a moment to look as the ice for a minute before you eat and think about what it will do to you. usually you will lose your appetite.

I'm slightly overweight so that's why I want to stop eating it before it becomes a major problem and I gain more weight.

Every once in a while, it's fine. It's not like you eat a double scoop and keel over. If you're otherwise healthy and eat a good diet, it won't bother you.

Just think of the unhealthy chemicals in it and how your body changes once you ate it. Think of the consequence and substitute them with fruits or yogurt which taste equally good. WORKS WONDERS !!!

Replace ice cream with yogurt. Similar to ice cream only less fattening and possibly healthier depending on the kind.
