Try to, instead of filling your mouth with mangos, ummmm, fill it with some drinks bought by a new guy and then maybe fill it with his penis, for a nightcap! lol Only kidding. Keep eating the mangos, I doubt you will gain much weight. You are trying to fill a void with something that doesn't belong there. Look at it like this. Food goes in your stomach, not your heart. You can fill your stomach as much as you want, but your heart will remain empty until you fill it with what it needs. So try to ingest a little compassion and love from friends and family. Also, the main ingredient, love from someone you want to be with. That could take a while, but if your friends and family do a good job, then your heart shouldn't suffer any more hunger pains and your stomach will go back to normal. Good luck.

Good news -- You realized you have a problem and that's the first step to fixing it.
Maybe you should work out in the mornings. Not only will you lose the weight & speed up your metabolism, but you will work off some of that stress which is causing you to eat. Right now you are using food as a drug or to try to replace your ex.If you drink lots of water it fills you up, or you could try going out with friends a lot so your not around food, and your busy. Maybe you can even find someone new to flirt with :]
