How do I stop binge eating?

Fruits are pointless. They won't keep your stomach full for long anyway. I strongly recommend that you try eating try fruits though whenever you are hungry. They have healthy fats that give out energy and keep you from being hungry. Icecream can be replaced with milk and honey which also fills your stomach without adding much weight to your body.
Chew gum. Mint is best for curbing appetites. Drink water. It fills up space in your stomach so you don't feel hungry.
I would tell your parents, and talk to a doctor and or therapist. There could be a psychological reason that you are binging. Or maybe a physical reason. If it is very difficult for you. But you could also try distraction. When you think you want to binge do something else, like jumping jacks, or dishes, or something to distract you from it.

Don't sit.
Believe me, the reason people get fat is bcause you sit a lot and have hands empty..
Try to walk around and keep yourself engages in things that does involve working with your hands.. Changing channels on TV isn't one.
dont have unhealthy food in the house.
