Curves can be natural, but you can make them happen. Here's what I did, eat. eat some food - relax on the workouts.
Then a couple months later, get back on the grind. I don't mean get fat - just get some meat on your bones.

I believe that you are too young for your metabolism to work along with your work out routines. You are simply gaining muscle. In order to gain curves your body needs to mature more and develop.
You probably aren't eating enough. Also I'm guessing these are just bodyweight? Try weights - use a barbell as heavy as you can handle for 4 sets of 10 reps.

Those are one of those attributes you're not going to have unless you're born with them. That they'll show up after puberty. Or you have them surgically implanted like half of Hollywood.

I associate curves with fat because that's what they are. Boobs are fat, an ass is fat, etc. try gaining weight overall to get that fat and then trying working out to tone out those 'curves'
Tbh I think you either have them or you don't. Some people are curvy naturally while other's aren't
You're born with it or you aren't. You're under 18 anyway, you've got time to still develop.
For guys its not a deal breaker.
