I don't eat a ton, but if I go more than 3-4 hours without eating I get RAVENOUS, like to the point that I feel faint, weak, and lightheaded.
Is this normal?
I am hungry about 2 hours after eating. I could eat all the time. I am on the lower end of being a healthy weight (not underweight, but almost)
I do workout a lot though.
Realistically there isn't a normal for anything because everyone's bodies are different. As long as you feel healthy and happy with your body you should continue what you're doing.
Since you feel light headed and dizzy you should get some blood work done. I had the same problem and I lacked iron in my blood.
It takes about 5 hours between meals for me to feel hungry
Sounds like a medical problem, like diabetes for example, you can pass out from low blood sugar. If it's really as bad as you're saying I would get it checked. I might feel tired I guess if I don't eat, but generally dont eat until 10pm even getting up really early, mines not exactly 'healthy' either but I dont feel weak and lightheaded.
I don't really eat all that much. I get pretty nauseous every time I eat. I have been running on a bowl of cereal in the morning and a small snack later in the day for the last week. I should probably see the doctor, lol.

Depends on my mood. Sometimes I can go days without food. Others I eat constantly devouring entire boxes of cereal as I eat them perpetually throughout the day.

I had a doctor tell me you can eat 6 small meals a day and that should help you more than anything
Well that doesn't happen to me im rarely very hungry.
whenever i take a dump, oh now i have to fill it up again so i need to take a dump later and it goes on loop
i get extremely hungry about once a day
i eat every 3-4, on hour 4 I'm hungry
Only if I skip breakfast.
Almost never, I drink a shitload of water.
