There are three things you can do:
1) surgery
2) gain/lose overall body fat (the distribution of which is genetic. Sucks, I know, but there it is)
3) gain/lose muscle mass (the closest one can come to non-surgically changing a given body part)
You don't provide your height, but unless you're pretty short, 110 lbs is not a whole lot to begin with, especially if you have decent muscle mass. Please be aware the excessive loss of body fat, especially for women, is not terribly healthy.

Body shape does not change when you loose weight. You 'd look thin but you'd still have curves.
It depends on your height and current body shape (pear, hourglass, rectangle, ect)

You can't change your body shape... unless you want to starve yourself and even that probably won't work.
