I'm not obese, I'm kind of over weight but it still bothers me. I go to gym, I diet but nothing works. I am working out at the gym 5 times a week and all I'm eating is salad, fruits and yogurt but nothing seems to change. I've started going to the gym last year. Sorry for the bad English .
You can eat salad all day long... if you eat enough of it it will still make you fat. What types of food you eat does not have any bearing on if you'll lose weight not.
How many calories you consume and how much you burn are what determines weight loss. I've lost weight eating mcdonalds, KFC and subway. Some salads have the same calorie content as a burger.
