I started a diet and exercise thing where I track my calories and I'm supposed to eat 1200 calories a day to lose 2 pounds a week hopefully. I'm on a weight loss journey. Anyways, on Wednesday I ended up not eating the full 1200 calories so my dad told me to finish it off by having some extra yesterday (my sister and dad are like my resources and nutrition coaches because they know a lot about it). And I ended up accidentally eating over yesterday when I tried making up for it. I went 58 calories over, so that told me that today I need to eat 58 less and then today I added 50 calories that I ended up not eating. Can someone please tell me what the remaining amount of calories is knowing that? Also fyi including that confusing thing, I have 144 technically, because of the 50 that I inputted but didn't eat. Please and thank you 🙏🙏
To be honest I don't think 58 calories is that big of a deal. You don't have to keep such a close track on your calories. I suggest in just eating salads n protein and maybe whole grain, 3 meals a day and exercise. And I would suggest in drinking those green stuff where you put either kale or spinach. Then you put cucumber, lemon, celery, ginger, and green apples. You use a blender to blend them up. GOODLUCK :)

If you eat over the amount of calories you're suppose to DON'T try to make up for it on the next day. You'll lose more weight and you won't confuse your body so much.
