I have done a blood test out of curiosity, and I found out I should cut gluten. I don't have any problems with it at all, but the doctor said it's better for my system.
I wonder if anyone tried this?
I'd say about 80% of things in my pantry Nd fridge are gluten free without me even trying to buy those products. It seems like more and more manufacturers are making items gluten free
nope. honestly i have no idea what gluten does or why everyone has a gluten free diet. but i've never tried a diet like that
My blood analysis came out with weird stuff like my body does not like pomegranates.
haha that's pretty weird.. i guess you gotta listen to your body though.
I did it for a year and a half. I personally didn't see any benefits at all but you never know till you try. If you're going to do it you have to give it at least three months.
Never have. I don't have a medical need, and I love my pasta.
I cook a very good pasta :)
Yummy! Let's all have dinner! lol
What exactly is the deal with gluten-free stuff? It sounds like just a marketing ploy more than anything targeted towards less healthy people and/or overweight people to have a"healthier" option when it really isn't a big deal, like "high fructose corn syrup" it's not bad for you, it's just a different way they modify sugar for taste lol
@PsyNoodles - I agree with you for the most part. There are some people who have gluten allergies, but most people are just buying the hype. The best is when they label shit "gluten free" that doesn't even have any grains in it.
So it's not even worth caring about? I'm healthy and I never once paid attention to any of the "hype" as you say lol. Waste of time and money?
Pretty much. But if you were a food manufacturer and could get some sap to buy your product, you would.
