go to the gym.. run on the treadmill. Look up fat burning workouts on YouTube and do them.
Protein shakes for breakfast, and a salad with tons of things on it for lunch.. something light for dinner.
To loose weight.. you need to do something about it. If you stop complaining about your body, and actually go out and excersize and eat well.. you WILL loose weight.
If your frame is large you'll likely not get any thinner. You could visit the gym, change your diet, and then maybe you could tone it up a bit, but since your frame is large and you're not just fat (unless you are) you'll likely keep the same general shape. A pear shape does not just become a banana shape, you know.

You should research body frames. People cannot change their bone structure.
thighs and tits are where you WANT your fat to go. but if you want to lose weight, calculate your BMR, add your activity rate, and always eat less calories than the total. everything about your diet can be calculated mathematically.

Pear shapes don't look like that. Ummm go to waist to height calculator. Most models have a waist to heught ratio of 0.34
So see what yours is and then get your waist down to a 0.34 waist to height ratio for your height.
At 5'10" to get a 0.34 waist to height ratio you need a 24" waist

no you won´t. unless you do something about it. a lot of sport and a healthy low calorie diet is key.
