Me, I started in October with aerobics, really intense stuff once week leaving me with terrible muscle pains to the point where I was almost unable to move out of bed. But I quit that and know in January I am able to do some squash and body pump lessons again. supergood stuff without too much muscle pain, but a lot of benefits. Also did some insanity lessons and long walks for when I am not able to go to the gym. It is already heading in the right direction :)
What is your plan exactly? Are you able to keep up? Cause I know sometimes I just skip because I am so tired or so.

Last year I bought a weider ultimate body works and I LOVE IT! What I did last year was 1 day of arms/abs, 1 day of cardio, then off. Then 1 day chest/shoulders/back and legs, 1 day cardio, then off. I love the UBW because you can do diff exercises for each part so your muscles won't get used to it. For cardio, I just ran and mixed in some HIIT. I kept it up from December til about July before I got lazy AF. Haha and if I was tired from work, I just claimed work was a workout and said to hell with it, hahaha
I have heard about HIIT they have it at my gym too. Maybe I ll go try it sometime if it works for you?
And what now? Are you starting again?
It will wear your ass out! HAHA but it does work, get you a good heart rate monitor and keep it in the zone and it is crazy! And yea, I started this week :)

Well I started at the beginning of January with my 30 day challenge, which I was going really well with until my hips started to ache consistantly all day from the squats :'( so I've stopped for a few days so they can rest a bit. I also go back to cheer practice tomorrow :) so that's twice a week now.

i am planning to start this week i have worked out for a year then i stopped for health issues but yeah i am really lanky and tall and that's not attractive so i need to get buffed and i am really determined to get buff because i am really sick of looking like a skinny bitch
I started serious cycling last summer, then in the fall I joined a gym and now go three times a week for cardio and weights.
It'll hurt less after a while.

every so often I try to start exercising regularly, but then a day comes along where I'm just not in the mood and skip it. then it takes me months to get started up again. :/
I started working out a few months ago, was making consistent gains, all of the sudden last week I would get these raging headaches though so I had to stop :\
you're probably not hydrating enough.
Naa I drink a shit ton of water, especially when/before working out
Up and down ill work out for a few weeks then get lazy, not sure why not getting any maybe, just feeling sad not sure. Hopeless maybe.
I'm continuing to work out, does that count?
