I felt better immediately. I've done everything from Atkin's to Paleo, and no diet has ever made me feel as good as HCLF vegan. I didn't even know my body could feel this good at all. It's the first diet where I actually love being on it and never want to stop doing it. So easy to stick to. My body had to adjust to all the fibre at first (a lot of trips to the bathroom lmao), but that went back to normal after a few days.
Changes:
-Better digestion
-Farts smell like nothing
-Body odour improved
-Poops are healthy as fuck and don't even smell bad
-Acne is gone
-Hair and nails grow faster and stronger
-Maintaining and losing weight is effortless compared to other diets
-More energy
-Better moods
-No more pms symptoms
-Body feels lighter and cleaner
-Become more in tune with your body (you'll notice how different foods affect you)
-Never feel hungry because you don't have to calorie restrict on a hclf vegan diet. I can eat whenever I want and however much I want.
-Softer skin
-Clearer thinking
-Better immune system
-Muscle is surprisingly firmer
I can really go on forever. Feel free to message me if you want any advice though, I'd love to help :)

It depends on your body. My friend went vegan about a year ago and she said it had major effects on her body: weight loss, more energy, better sleep, and she also had to start taking vitamins. I decided I would try it out for a few months (it's been 4 months). It's had minimal to no effects on my body.
Get enough protein and you'll do well. You can't expect a lot of change at this point. At least not visible change. However, less bad cholesterol will make your vascular system happy.
You may notice less body odor that is meat related. However, you may notice more body odor from getting heavier into garlic or other spices.
You'll do just fine.
TOO MANY benefits to mention.
Lowered cholesterol.
Lowered cancer risks.
Lowered risk for join problems.

Veganism is basically a religion.
Do you mean vegetarian? Vegetarians benefit by having healthy skin due to consuming an abundance of vegetables that are rich in micronutrients, but overall a vegetarian diet is lacking in iodine and DHA.
One of the best diets is actually pesco-vegetarian, because you get DHA from seafood. To be honest, I don't know what changes to expect but I have vegan friends who are very religious about it.
Men and people who exercise regularly, need a much, much higher intake of proteins, zinc and iron. Meats and eggs usually provide these on high amounts so you have to be very careful and make sure you eat enough foods that provide these nutrients like cashews, almonds, beans, sunflower seeds, etc (I'm sure you already consulted a professional). You don't want to end up with anemia in your beginning stages.
Good luck! You should expect to notice a significant decrease in Animal based foods within your normal diet.
In fact, studies have shown that almost 75% of all vegans eat no meat.
And even weirder, and more fatal, a recent poll states that every vegan politician from the 1800's is dead.
Join VEG/NO™ to help rid the world of this deadly practice.I've been a vegan for two years. At first I was weak all the time but that's bc I didn't do it right. Now I have lots of energy and yesterday I checked my weight for the first time in months. I lost almost 25 pounds and never even noticed. Only problem is eating out. Not a whole lot of options
You should still intake protein. Anyway, I had a friend who went through a similar diet change. He lost about 20 pounds, but he also increased his workout as well. He said he felt that he had more energy and a lot less sluggish. The bad stuff that went with the diet was his gas. It's going to take your body some time to adjust to the diet, and you may get bad gas.
ew. Enjoy fairly bland, nasty food. Also, enjoy being anorexic. I have seen VERY few vegans who maintain a healthy weight.
You'll shrivel up and be a little waft of a person.
you'll lose some weight initially. other than that it depends on several other aspects of your current lifestyle.
Not much actually, you may get a little less plumper, lose some iron in your body... feel more hungry at times..
If you do decide to go vegan you should use a iron skillet for cooking.
Hunger.
You can expect, hunger.Maybe it changes from person to person, but nothing really changed in my body by the time I was vegan.
