How can I prevent my face from breaking out when I'm on my period?

When I'm on my period my face breaks out then just once my face recovers from the damage its that time of the month again. Are there any vitamins I can take or something I can put on my face to prevent that?

When I was about 16 I used to massage my head with an ice cube until it melted. Then I'd pop each of them. Now I don't have any blemishes.

Stay away from junk food.

Really good cleaning, and try to get some sunlight. Its supposed to help prevent breakouts. I can't remember all of the other things, but hopefully those will help.

Maybe there's some hormone control pills something since it basically had to do with your hormones.
