if you do kick boxing its most likely a bruise but you didn't feel it because of an adrenaline rush. to be safe though ask your parents about it then ask the to take you to get it checked out. however i think you should lightly press on it if it hurts its most likely a bruise.
It's a bruse and may have been from kickboxing, or sometimesI'll kick up a rock when I run, if you're paying attention to something else (breath or form or music) you might have missed it.

It is indeed a just a bruise, I used to get em when I first starting sparring long ago.
