I am not trying to loose weight (im actually trying to gain weight) meanwhile my sister is trying to loose weight. We were both the definition of pure lazy and undedicated. Until we got a pintrest account and some how stumble on fitness models. Seeing so many curvy fit women made me imagine myself like that. And for my sister seeing skinny fit women helped her. So we decided to do "goals". What are goal weight was, are ideal body measurements, temporary goals, long term goals. We even created a board on pinterest of our dream bodies like different kind of bodies we wanted and would look at it every day to hype us up. We did our reasearch from how many sets/reps to what kind of foods we need to eat. We even got us a food tracker app that keeps track of the amount of calories you need to eat to loose/gain/maintain your weight. we kept a log of our starting body measurements/weight and even took before pics. Then we hit the gym and actually started working out. Of course we had a healthy (but delicious- thanks to pinterest again) meal plan. Every two weeks we would compare our pics from before and now. Seeing progress is the best feeling in the world. Set goals, find your dream body, imagine it is yours and go after it.

1. Get a personal trainer, for motivation.
2. Join a health food cookery class or a cook book.
What do you eat if you don't like fruit, veg or nuts?
Sorry, I'm not a girl. However, my wife is and she's a personal trainer. She's also been over weight in the past. She would tell you that if you can stay on track for two weeks, you will see enough results to make you want to see more. Some people need buddies to help them stay on track kind of like AA. I lost 50 lbs a few years ago and was a member of a web site that had message boards and most peeps on there were really helpful. That's also where I met my wife. It was Jillianmichaels. com
My wife also has a web site, reforming. com if you want to check that out.
God luck!
Just know that motivation is there to get you started. Motivation is just a stepping stone. Discipline is what gets you results. You have to be disciplined. What I like to do is, may sound stupid, but stare at yourself in the mirror for a couple minutes. Make it a habit. Focus on one day at a time. Don't think about how much you need to lose dont even look at a scale. Just focus on one day at a time. As for the taste of veggies. Steam them sprinkle mrs dash on them. That usually helps me. Make a smoothie. But remember one day at a time.

Well first of all make sure you have a serious motivation, my motivation was to be healthy , strong and live a long life and that really motivated me after my dad had a heart attack and died, i dont want to be defeated by an illness, or disease i can fight, that motivated me to be stronger and heathy.
Now onto the healthy food, i hated them to veggies and all. The best method to start enjoying them is to starve yourself of food for about a day, then when ur really hungry cook some healthy veggies, fruit. when u eat it u will learn to enjoy it after not eating in a long time. Thats what worked for me and i love veggies etc now. Bit extreme but when ur really hungry you will eat anything and it will taste good no matter what.Well for food I just lost taste for a lot of junk food. I don't like sugar anymore and I don't like to eat till I'm too full. I just stop when I'm full enough and go up for a walk. That's how I began to control my intake and I try to drink a lot of water while eating to help with satiety.
As for working out I try not to over push myself just work out to feel the burn but way much more than that. That way I can keep it at a comfortable pace.Motivation isn't the key--motivation is just emotion, and it will pass.
What you need to do is setup a system and establish a habit. Good health is a habit. Once you establish a habit of only buying and eating healthy food in the right portions, losing weight will be easy. Same thing with exercise.Motivation is a excuse it takes will power not motivation. Motivation is a feeling it gets nothing done. Motivation is the spark that gets things moving commitment is what keeps things moving and keeps u pushing
Think of why you started this weight loss journey or imagine what it'll be like when you've reached your goals
Motivation is key. If you don't have motivation then you will not lose weight. I stopped eating sweets all together and stopped drinking soda, and I lost about 10 pounds in a month. It's all about consistency.
Eat foods that contain lots of roughages.( it gives u the sense of fullness).
you dont need anything else ! if u want faster results , just hit the gym.
Worked for me ,,,, has a long term effect !
